Strip Poker
Strip Poker Rules by Don Lewis of Poker-Times.com
Strip Poker is a card game where players remove a piece of clothing when they lose a hand. Before a game of strip poker ensues, it may be a good idea to pre-define what counts as an article of clothing and what does not; as an example earrings may not count nor hats or other "add-ons" that a crafty strip poker player may try to wear to the game.
Another good idea would be counting pairs of shoes or socks as "one piece" of clothing is an option or you may count them individually.
Game Play
1. No ante or blinds are required for this game.
2. Each player is dealt 5 cards.
3. The first betting round starts with the first player after (or to the left) of the dealer.
4. After the first round of betting is completed, players are then given the opportunity to change out 0 to 5 cards starting with the player to the left of the dealer.
5. Once all players have made their draw selections, the final betting round begins starting with the first player after the dealer.
6. All remaining players in the hand go to a showdown where the winner is determined and somebody's gonna lose a piece of clothing! (Hopefully the blonde sitting to your left!
Like many variations poker, strip poker has several ways to play. Varying rules of the game are simply designed to get the clothes off at various speeds some fast and some slower.
Tip: Strip poker is sometimes used as a fun way of engaging in foreplay.
For those of you who don't want to expose your privates, strip poker limits can and should be setup in advance so that players do not end up completely nude. One way to keep the strip poker game non X rated is to make a rule that underwear is not counted as articles of clothing.
But what fun would that be!
Enjoy!
